New Patient Forms
Before you visit our specialty dental office for your lip and tongue-tie consultation, we encourage you to complete the new patient information forms from the comfort of home. These documents give our team much of the information we need to provide superior care for you and your child. Some of the information we request from you may not be easily accessible from our waiting area, but you’ll usually find it close to hand from the comfort of home. If you have questions while completing your documents, please don’t hesitate to give us a call. We’re always happy to help.
Cost of Treatment & Financial Options
We understand just how confusing paying for lip and tongue-tie treatment can be. You may need to use dental insurance, medical insurance, or both, and many providers charge fees on a sliding scale or based on the complexity of the procedure. Dr. Garcia-DeMartino believes that caring for your child’s oral health and wellbeing shouldn’t be that complicated. That’s why we charge a flat rate for every procedure, offer complimentary aftercare and revisions for the first 12 months, and have a team of specialists dedicated to getting the most reimbursement possible from your insurance.
What To Expect
If you’re feeling anxious about your upcoming lip and tongue-tie procedure, we invite you to take a few moments to explore information about what to expect at your appointment. Dr. Garcia-DeMartino will also be happy to walk you through the entire treatment process during your consultation. The most important thing our team wants you to know is that you can expect to be treated with kindness and respect by everyone in our dental office, so please don’t hesitate to call if you ever have concerns or questions.
